By accessing or using the WeGold platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WeGold provides a platform for purchasing, storing, and selling 24K gold. Our services include digital gold certificates, physical gold gifts, and gold storage solutions. All gold transactions are subject to current market prices and applicable fees.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Purchases & Transactions
All purchases are final once confirmed. Gold prices are determined at the time of transaction. Delivery fees and service fees are displayed before confirmation. Physical gold deliveries are available within Baku, Azerbaijan only.
5. Limitation of Liability
WeGold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the future value of gold. Market prices fluctuate and past performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Changes to Terms
WeGold reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
